Digital Products
What is included in a downloadable insert and when will I receive it?
Some of our popular inserts are available as instant downloads for you to print, cut and use at home yourself. The downloads are immediately available after purchase. You will receive a zip folder containing your inserts in PDF format together with a quick printing tips guide to help start you off.
Can I personalise a digital download?
We do not currently have the option to personalise digital files.
I've purchased the wrong size download. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on digital downloads due their nature of being instantly available. If you find you have made the wrong order, please contact us to see how we can help.
Can I sell your digital downloads or share them with others?
All our designs are uniquely handmade and are copyright under Leeshcraft. Files bought are strictkly for personal use (including gifting to others) and not for resale or to be shared publicly.

How do I determine the correct size insert I need for my planner?
We currently offer most of our inserts in 5 popular sizes. A5, B6, A6, Personal and Pocket. These sizes correspond to the following popular ring bound planners:

Because our inserts come with the option of not being hole punched they are versatile enough to be used in notebooks, ring planners, covers and more.
Do you offer custom sized inserts?
In very limited circumstances we may be able to provide you with a personalised size that isn't currently available to purchase. In these circumstances please contact us for a chat.
Can you personalise any of the inserts currently available for sale?
We may be able to offer small personalisation like adding Initials, Name etc to certain products. However we cannot personalise the design itself. All our diary inserts (weekly, monthly, yearly) cannot be personalised.
My Order
When Can I expect to receive my order?
Our current processing times for all stationery items is 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Our candles curing times are currently 7-10 days depending on availability.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, providing it has not been dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
